Bowen Marshall, PhD, MA, LPC (he/him/his) Bowen works as a clinical Therapist at Clintonville Counseling and Wellness and as a Lecturer in The Ohio State University’s Counselor Education Program.
Bowen earned his Masters in Counseling from the Ohio State University and his Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the Ohio State University where his research focused on understanding the anti-oppressive work and experiences of LGBTQ+ advocates on college campuses.
Much of his career has been in education focused on social justice, anti-oppression, and anti-bias work. He worked in The Ohio State University’s Student Life – Multicultural Center for 8-years directly supporting students, faculty and staff through direct programing, advocacy, and outreach. In his most recent role, he worked in philanthropic consulting firm.
